Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

Your order will ship quickly from either our office or an Amazon fulfillment center where we store many products.  You will receive tracking information when available. 

Returns:

We accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase.

A full refund is given for unused and unopened devices and attachments. To receive a full product refund all devices and attachments must be sealed in manufacturer's packaging. For the Eroscillator Top Deluxe, Eroscillator Gold and Eroscillator 2 Plus all attachments and inserts and attachments must be present and sealed  for full refund.  The sales price of any missing items will be subtracted from the total amount refunded. 

Used or opened products may be returned within 30 days for a partial refund of the product price minus a  20% sanitary disposal fee.  This applies to all devices and attachments for obvious health concerns and regulations.
